CasePeer prints a price and CloudLex does not, so the only honest way to compare them is to work out the CasePeer bill exactly and make CloudLex beat it in writing. Read on 22 September 2026, CasePeer charges $90, $130 and $160 per user per month, and client intake starts on the $130 Pro tier. CloudLex, read on 25 September 2026, sells Professional, Advanced and Enterprise packages with no figure on any of them, and its own FAQ says it does not publish or authorize standard per user pricing. For a ten person personal injury firm, CasePeer Pro is $15,600 a year. That is the number to put in front of the CloudLex sales team.
CasePeer figures come from casepeer.com/pricing, read on 22 September 2026. CloudLex figures come from its pricing, intake and Lexee AI pages, read on 25 September 2026. Where a vendor shows no number, we say so rather than estimate one.

What CloudLex says about its own price
Most quote only vendors simply leave the number off. CloudLex goes further, and it is worth reading the FAQ on its pricing page before you trust anything else you find. It says CloudLex does not publish or authorize standard public per user pricing, that pricing is customized to each firm's package, number of users, intake and case management requirements, storage, integrations, AI capabilities and optional services, and that any CloudLex price on a third party website should be treated as an estimate that may not reflect current pricing.
That matters because software directories do print per user CloudLex figures, and they do not agree with each other. By the vendor's own statement, none of them is authorized. So if you have a per user CloudLex number in a spreadsheet, it is a placeholder, not a budget, and the only figure you can plan around is the written quote you get after the demo.
What the page does publish is the package split, which tells you where the intake features sit. Professional covers matter management, contacts with built in texting, eFax and email, tasks and automated workflows, and document management including medical records, bills, insurance coverage and liens. Pre loaded PI intake forms and shareable e intake forms appear on the plan comparison without a package restriction. Advanced adds reporting, lead management with status and qualification, and an API for your website contact forms. Enterprise adds the website chatbot, a call center or intake agent workspace, QuickBooks Online expense management, AI search, referral collaboration and ten year archival.
What CasePeer charges now
If you priced CasePeer earlier this year, your figures are stale. On 3 September 2026 its pricing page showed $79, $119 and $149 per user per month. On 22 September it showed $90, $130 and $160, an $11 rise on every tier. Plenty of directory pages still carry the old numbers, which is one more reason to read the vendor page yourself.
The tier that matters for intake is Pro. Client intake management, intake forms, the intake portal and lead tracking are listed from Pro upward, along with unlimited two way texting, more reports and more integrations. Basic is case management without intake. Advanced adds scheduled texts, multi office reporting, an intake investigator portal, case grades and API access. CasePeer bills per active user, with no long term contract and no setup fee.
How much does CasePeer cost for a personal injury firm?
Because CasePeer's bill is simple multiplication, you can know it to the dollar before you take a single demo. Here is Pro, the cheapest tier with intake, and Advanced at typical PI headcounts.
| Active users | CasePeer Pro, monthly | CasePeer Pro, yearly | CasePeer Advanced, yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | $390 | $4,680 | $5,760 |
| 5 | $650 | $7,800 | $9,600 |
| 10 | $1,300 | $15,600 | $19,200 |
| 20 | $2,600 | $31,200 | $38,400 |
That table is your ceiling. A CloudLex quote that comes in under the CasePeer figure for your headcount and package is cheaper; one that comes in above it has to justify the difference with something CasePeer does not do, such as the staffed bilingual call center, remote paralegals or medical record retrieval.
How to get a CloudLex quote you can actually compare
Quote only pricing is not a problem if you ask for the quote in a shape you can compare. Take these into the CloudLex demo:
- State the total as an annual figure for your exact user count, not a per user estimate.
- Name the package. If you want lead qualification, that is Advanced. If you want the website chatbot, that is Enterprise.
- List every optional service separately: the bilingual call center, remote paralegal support, medical record retrieval, closed case storage.
- Ask whether Lexee AI chat and voice lead capture is in the quoted package or an addition, and what it costs.
- Ask for the one time cost of data import, onboarding and training, and the contract term.
With those five answers in writing, a CloudLex quote lines up against the CasePeer table above, row for row.
What neither price buys you
Both products are case management systems with intake attached. They give a trained intake specialist a structured place to record answers, and both do that well. CloudLex's Lexee layer can also talk to a website visitor or caller and hand the lead to your staff. What neither is priced for is the small firm that does not want to change its case system at all, and simply needs every website inquiry screened and booked with an attorney before another firm calls back.
That front door conversation is the part we build. Consultations runs intake on your website at any hour: it asks the screening questions your firm defines, checks the answers against your criteria, flags edge cases for an attorney, collects photos or a police report on the Practice plan, books the consultation and hands the attorney a structured brief. The completed intake exports into CloudLex, CasePeer or whatever system you keep. If you are weighing a switch because leads are going cold, our CloudLex alternative comparison sets out every competitor's published price, and our guide to speed to lead for law firms shows why the first few minutes decide who signs the case.
Our price is on the page. Solo is $49 a month for one attorney. Practice is $129 for up to five professionals, flat per firm, and adds document collection during intake. Firm is $299 for up to twenty and adds voice intake and advanced integrations. Pay monthly with no annual term, or yearly at half the monthly price. A five person firm pays $129 a month in total, against $650 for five CasePeer Pro seats, though the two do different jobs and many firms run one in front of the other.
For the rest of the field, our CasePeer pricing breakdown covers every tier line by line, and GrowPath vs CasePeer pricing compares CasePeer with Jove's free first year. SmartAdvocate is the other quote only name that comes up most, and our SmartAdvocate pricing breakdown sets its directory figures against CasePeer's published rates. Once a case is signed and the demand letter is next, firms that want drafting help can use AI software built for lawyers for the research and first draft, with the attorney reviewing every line.
Frequently asked questions
How much does CloudLex cost per user?
CloudLex does not publish a per user price. Read on 25 September 2026, its pricing FAQ says it does not publish or authorize standard public per user pricing and that third party figures are estimates. Each firm gets a custom quote after a demo, based on package, users, storage, integrations, AI capabilities and optional services.
Is CloudLex cheaper than CasePeer?
There is no way to know until you have a CloudLex quote, because CloudLex publishes no figure. CasePeer Pro, the tier with intake, is $130 per user a month, so $15,600 a year for ten users. Ask CloudLex for an annual total at the same headcount and package, with add ons listed separately, and compare the two numbers directly.
Does CasePeer include client intake?
Yes, from the Pro tier. Read on 22 September 2026, client intake management, intake forms, the intake portal and lead tracking are listed on Pro at $130 per user a month and on Advanced at $160. The $90 Basic tier is case management without intake, so a firm that needs intake should budget from $130 per user.
Which is better for a small personal injury firm, CloudLex or CasePeer?
A firm of three to five people that wants to budget precisely and avoid a contract will find CasePeer's published per user price easier to plan around. A firm that wants staffed bilingual phone coverage, remote paralegals or medical record retrieval from the same vendor as its case file should get a CloudLex quote and compare it with the CasePeer table above.
