Litify Alternative, Litify Alternatives and Competitors Compared by Price
Firms start looking for a Litify alternative at one of three moments: a renewal where the Salesforce licensing sits on the invoice next to Litify, a configuration project that needs an administrator the firm does not have, or a small firm that booked the demo and realized the platform was sized for a firm three times its headcount. This page sets out what Litify actually publishes, read from its own site on 28 September 2026, where it remains the right buy, what each realistic competitor costs, and when the problem costing you signed cases is solved by a much smaller product.

In short
Litify is a Salesforce based legal platform for personal injury, insurance defense and immigration firms and corporate legal departments, and it publishes no price: read on 28 September 2026, litify.com/pricing redirects to a demo request, and the sales process is a 30 minute intro call followed by a 60 minute tailored demo. The closest rival that prints a price is CasePeer, at $90, $130 and $160 per user a month, with intake from $130. If the job you need done is every new inquiry screened and booked before another firm calls back, Consultations runs that intake conversation on your website from $49 a month, flat per firm, in front of whatever case system you keep.
Litify is a system of record, and increasingly what it calls a platform of action: intake, matters, documents, timekeeping, eBilling and reporting on Salesforce, with a native AI layer (Litify ACE and a set of agents for intake qualification, medical chronologies, demand drafting, depositions and discovery) running across it. Consultations does one job at the front. It talks to the prospective client the moment they reach your website, asks your screening questions in plain conversation, checks the answers against your criteria, collects the documents the matter needs and books the consultation, then hands the attorney a structured brief. If you want one enterprise platform for every matter and have the people to run it, Litify is built for that. If cases slip because nobody reached the lead in time, that part can be fixed this week without a platform decision.

Litify vs Consultations, honestly
A fair look at what each does well. Both are capable tools. Here is where they differ.
| What matters | Consultations | Litify |
|---|---|---|
| Published price | $49, $129 or $299 a month flat per firm, on the pricing page | None. litify.com/pricing redirects to a demo request form |
| How you get a number | Read it on the pricing page and start the same day | A 30 minute intro call, then a 60 minute demo with a Solutions Engineer |
| Underlying platform | Self contained web app, nothing else to license | Built on Salesforce; ask how Salesforce licensing appears in the quote |
| Runs the intake conversation itself | Yes. An AI conversation screens every website inquiry at any hour | Live AI call agents, dynamic questionnaires and an Intake Qualifier Agent inside the platform |
| Books the consultation | Yes, inside the same conversation, onto your calendar | Not described on its public pages; staff work the lead in Litify |
| Case management | Not included. It hands off a brief and an export | Full matters, documents, timekeeping, eBilling and reporting |
| Setup | Self serve, no implementation fee, no data migration | Configured per firm through Litify and its services team |

Why pros pick Consultations
One AI conversation that qualifies, intakes, books, and briefs
An AI conversation, not a form
Instead of a static form or a calendar link, our AI talks with each lead in plain language, qualifies them against your criteria, and asks for exactly what you need to know.
The whole front door in one place
Qualify, intake, collect documents, book the paid appointment, and produce a prepped brief, all in a single conversation, so you stop stitching tools together.
You walk in prepared
Every booked meeting comes with a clean brief of who is coming and why, so you only take the right consultations and you are ready before the call starts.
Why firms look for a Litify alternative
Very few firms leave Litify because it cannot do something. Its personal injury product covers intake with dynamic questionnaires and marketing spend tracking, matter plans that create stages and tasks by case type, a case activity timeline, email and calendar sync with Outlook, document management with real time collaboration, and AI that builds medical chronologies and demand packets. It also forecasts settlement scenarios and handles client payouts. That is a deep product.
The first practical reason is the price, or the absence of one. Read on 28 September 2026, the /pricing address does not load a pricing page at all; it lands on the demo request form. The demo page describes the path: a 30 minute introductory call so the team can learn your goals, then a 60 minute demo run by a Solutions Engineer, with an Account Executive guiding the decision. Directories fill the gap with their own numbers. Several list Litify from $150 per user a month, one comparison site puts it at $165 to $330 per user including the Salesforce license, and none cites a vendor source.
The second reason is Salesforce itself. Litify presents the Salesforce foundation as an advantage (security, no code configuration, integrations) and for firms that already run Salesforce it often is. For a firm that does not, it means a second vendor relationship under the first and a platform that rewards having someone who knows how to configure it. The third reason decides revenue: a case system only helps once the lead is inside it, and a prospective client who fills in a form at 10 at night signs with whichever firm answers first.
- No published price; the pricing address redirects to a demo request
- Sales process is a 30 minute intro call plus a 60 minute demo
- Directory figures of $150 to $330 per user are not on litify.com
- Built on Salesforce, so ask how that licensing is quoted
- Sized for high volume firms and corporate legal departments
What Litify intake includes
Litify sells intake as part of the platform rather than as a separate product. Its personal injury page describes standardizing the intake process to raise qualified conversions, tracking marketing spend and ROI by campaign and channel, and capturing client details with dynamic intake questionnaires that jump to the next relevant question. For calls, it lists live AI call agents, call scoring and coaching, real time sentiment and lead quality scoring, and suggested follow ups.
On top of that sits the Intake Qualifier Agent, part of Litify ACE, which evaluates intake data against your firm's criteria and recommends whether to accept or turn down a case. Other agents take over once the case is signed: Total Policy, Case Value, Strengths and Weaknesses, a medical chronology router, Instant Demands, and agents for interrogatories and depositions.
Two things are not on those pages. Litify does not describe the software booking the consultation onto an attorney's calendar during the conversation, and it does not say which intake features or agents are in a base configuration versus priced on top. Ask both on the demo and get the answers in the written quote, with the Salesforce licensing shown as its own line.
- Dynamic intake questionnaires that branch by answer
- Marketing spend and ROI tracking by campaign and channel
- Live AI call agents, call scoring, sentiment and lead quality scoring
- Intake Qualifier Agent recommends accept or decline against your criteria
- Not stated: what intake costs, and booking by the software itself
Where Litify is still the better buy
If your firm already runs Salesforce for marketing, referrals or reporting, Litify is the natural extension, because the legal layer sits on data and tooling you already pay for and know. Firms with an operations team or a Salesforce administrator get the most from it, since workflows, fields and reports can be shaped without code.
It also fits volume. Litify's own positioning is high volume intakes and matters, and the AI agents that draft demands, route medical encounters and review depositions pay back fastest where there are hundreds of open files. Insurance defense firms and corporate legal departments, which most plaintiff focused tools do not serve, are both named markets.
So this page does not argue that you should leave Litify. It argues you should know which job you are paying it for, and whether the job losing you signed cases is a smaller one you can fix without touching the case system.
- Firms already invested in Salesforce
- High volume personal injury practices with an operations lead
- Insurance defense and immigration firms
- Corporate legal departments handling matters and outside counsel
- Firms that want AI agents across the whole case lifecycle
Litify competitors, by the job you are replacing
CasePeer is the closest like for like for a personal injury firm that wants a printed price. Read on 22 September 2026, it charges $90, $130 and $160 per user per month with no long term contract or setup fee, and client intake starts on Pro, so the honest intake floor is $130 per user. Filevine is the platform most often put next to Litify; read on 27 September 2026 it also publishes no price and routes pricing to a custom quote, with intake sold as its own package (Lead Docket). SmartAdvocate and CloudLex are quote only too, and Jove, formerly GrowPath, publishes no figure but states the first year is free apart from a fixed implementation fee.
If what you really want to replace is the intake module, the usual names are Lead Docket, Law Ruler and Lawmatics, all quote only, with Lawmatics setting a three user minimum on Essential and Premium. For a general practice firm that does not need personal injury depth, Clio and MyCase publish per user list prices and do not require a separate platform license.
Across the plaintiff side platforms, only CasePeer prints a price. And apart from the voice agents inside Litify, SmartAdvocate and CloudLex, none of them holds the conversation with the prospective client on your website. If the bottleneck is your team's response time, or inquiries arrive after everyone has gone home, the alternative is a different kind of product.
- PI case management with a printed price: CasePeer, $130 per user for intake
- Quote only platforms: Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CloudLex
- Free first year minus implementation: Jove
- Replacing only intake: Lead Docket, Law Ruler or Lawmatics
- The website conversation itself, at any hour: an AI intake agent from $49 a month
Running Consultations with Litify, or instead of it
The most common setup keeps Litify and puts Consultations at the front door of the website. The prospective client talks to the intake conversation, answers the screening questions your firm defines (date of the incident, treatment so far, liability facts, insurance, whether another firm is involved), uploads photos or a police report, and books a consultation if they fit. The completed intake, answers and documents included, exports into Litify, where your intake team and matter plans take over. The Firm plan adds advanced integrations.
Choosing Consultations instead of Litify makes sense for a smaller firm that went shopping mainly to stop losing inquiries. The part it needed was the intake conversation, and that goes live the same day without a Salesforce project. Solo is $49 a month for one attorney. Practice, at $129 for up to five professionals, adds document collection during intake and qualification rules per practice area. Firm, at $299 for up to twenty, adds voice intake alongside chat and advanced integrations. All three are flat per firm, with no implementation fee.
Every plan is paid by card, monthly with no annual term or once a year at half the monthly price: $288, $768 or $1,788. You can run the intake conversation at the top of this page right now and see exactly what a prospective client sees.
- Alongside Litify: web intake runs first, the record exports to Litify
- Instead of Litify, if the conversation was the job: from $49 a month
- No per user charge at any tier, no implementation fee
- No Salesforce license or administrator required
- Live the same day, with your own screening questions

What buyers ask about Litify alternatives
What is the best alternative to Litify?
It depends on the job. For personal injury case management with a published price, CasePeer is the closest match, at $130 per user a month for the tier with intake. For a comparable configurable platform, Filevine. If web leads wait too long for a person to screen them, Consultations runs the intake conversation itself, from $49 a month.
How much does Litify cost?
Litify does not publish a price. Read on 28 September 2026, litify.com/pricing redirects to a demo request, and the process is a 30 minute intro call then a 60 minute demo. Directory figures of $150 to $330 per user a month are not from the vendor, and any quote also has to account for Salesforce licensing.
Who are Litify's competitors?
Litify competes with legal case management platforms such as Filevine, CasePeer, SmartAdvocate, CloudLex, Jove (formerly GrowPath) and Neos, and with general practice tools such as Clio and MyCase. For intake specifically, it competes with Lead Docket, Law Ruler and Lawmatics. Of the plaintiff side platforms, CasePeer is the one that prints a price.
Do you need Salesforce to use Litify?
Litify is built on Salesforce, so the platform runs on Salesforce infrastructure whether or not your firm used Salesforce before. Litify's public pages do not say how that licensing is priced. Ask for the Salesforce licensing as its own line in the quote, and ask what changes if your firm already holds Salesforce seats.
Is Litify good for small law firms?
Litify positions itself for high volume firms and corporate legal departments, and its strength is configuration, which rewards having an administrator. A small firm whose main problem is converting inquiries usually gets more from a focused intake tool with a published price, kept alongside a simpler case system.
What does the Litify Intake Qualifier Agent do?
It evaluates intake data against the criteria your firm sets and recommends whether to accept or turn down a case. It is one of the Litify ACE agents, alongside agents for policy limits, case value, medical chronologies, demand drafting and depositions. Litify does not publish whether it is included in a base configuration.
