eImmigration Alternatives and eImmigration Competitors for Immigration Firm Intake
eImmigration is one of the better value immigration case systems, and plenty of firms that shop for an alternative end up keeping it. The reasons they look are specific: a per user bill that grows with every caseworker, premium feature slots that run out once you want e-filing, texting and scheduling together, a $1,000 standard import if you switch in, and the gap between a lead pipeline and someone actually answering the lead. This page sets out what eImmigration publishes, read on 13 October 2026, where it is the right buy, what its competitors print and when a smaller product in front of it solves the problem.

In short
eImmigration by Cerenade prints its prices, per user. Read from its pricing page on 13 October 2026, Starter is $55 per user a month billed yearly ($60 monthly), Essentials is $82 ($90) and Complete is $100 ($110). Intake questionnaires, a website form and a lead pipeline come on every plan, but client self scheduling, texting and e-filing are premium features: one slot on Starter, four on Essentials, $15 per user a month for each extra. If the job you need done is answering and booking each new inquiry the moment it arrives, Consultations does that from $49 a month, flat per firm.
eImmigration by Cerenade is immigration case management with more than 300 immigration forms and 120 prebuilt case templates. Every plan carries 48 standard features, including customizable and passwordless intake questionnaires, reverse autofill, a client portal, an HR portal, e-signature, pipeline management, a website form integration and an appointment calendar. Premium features such as e-filing with CBP data import, the USCIS and Visa Bulletin tracker, SMS and WhatsApp, billing and trust accounting, client scheduling and conflict checks are chosen per plan. Consultations does one job at the front door. It talks to the prospective client the moment they reach your website, identifies the case type, asks about status, prior filings and any hearing date, collects the documents the attorney wants first and books the consultation. It does not prepare forms or file with USCIS, and it is priced flat per firm.

Qualify, intake, collect documents, book the paid appointment, and produce a prepped brief, all in a single conversation, so you stop stitching tools together.
You walk in prepared

Why immigration firms look for an eImmigration alternative
eImmigration is rarely replaced for being expensive. At $55 per user a month on annual billing it is the lowest printed entry price among the immigration specialists we have read, and its 48 standard features cover forms, intake questionnaires, a client portal and a lead pipeline on every plan. The pressure comes from how the plan grows.
Premium features are where it shows. Starter includes one, Essentials four, and anything beyond that is $15 per user a month per feature. E-filing, the USCIS and Visa Bulletin tracker, SMS and WhatsApp, billing and trust accounting, scheduling and conflict checks are all on that list, so a firm that wants four of them on Starter pays $100 per user a month, the same as Complete, which has all of them.
The other reason decides revenue. A pipeline and a website form record the lead. Someone still has to answer it, screen it and book it, and immigration inquiries often arrive at night from a person with a hearing date already set.
- Per user pricing, every user on the same plan
- One premium feature on Starter, four on Essentials, $15 per user for each extra
- Client self scheduling is a premium feature tied to Microsoft Bookings or Acuity
- Standard data import $1,000 when you move in
- A recorded lead still waits for a person to call back
What each eImmigration plan includes
Starter, at $55 per user a month billed yearly or $60 monthly, includes all 48 standard features, one premium feature, 10 GB of storage per user, two hours of onboarding training and a personalized account setup. Essentials, at $82 yearly or $90 monthly, raises that to four premium features and unlimited storage. Complete, at $100 yearly or $110 monthly, includes every premium feature, an extra hour of private training, an annual success review and API access for accounts with ten or more users.
The standard set is generous. It includes more than 300 immigration forms with version control, customizable and passwordless intake questionnaires, reverse autofill, a document assembly wizard, e-signature, a client portal and an HR portal, contact and pipeline management, a website form integration, sales tasks, reminders and an appointment calendar.
Two pricing rules are worth reading twice. All users must be on the same plan, so you cannot put a receptionist on Starter and attorneys on Complete. And the 50 percent nonprofit discount applies to the monthly rate with an annual commitment, and cannot be combined with the annual or volume discounts.
- Starter: $55 per user yearly, $60 monthly; 1 premium feature, 10 GB per user
- Essentials: $82 per user yearly, $90 monthly; 4 premium features, unlimited storage
- Complete: $100 per user yearly, $110 monthly; every premium feature
- Extra premium features: $15 per feature, per user a month
- No setup fee, no cancellation fee; extra storage $6 per GB a month per account
What intake costs with eImmigration compared with its competitors
For a five person firm that wants e-filing and client scheduling, eImmigration Starter with one extra premium feature is $70 per user a month on annual billing, or $350 a month. Essentials covers both inside its four slots at $82, or $410 a month. Adding texting and the Visa Bulletin tracker still fits Essentials; adding billing and conflict checks as well pushes you to Complete at $500 a month.
Docketwise, read the same day, charges $80, $100 and $120 per user billed yearly and puts its lead CRM, e-filing and texting on Pro, so the same five people pay $500 a month. MyCase Pro, a general suite with intake forms and a lead CRM, is also $100 per user yearly. Clio prints an entry price from $49 per user and sells intake as Clio Grow on higher plans.
All of those are fair if the case system is where your team lives. If intake was the reason for the upgrade, Consultations Practice is $129 a month or $768 a year for up to five professionals, and it holds the conversation and books the consultation itself.
- eImmigration Starter plus one extra premium feature, 5 users: $350 a month yearly
- eImmigration Essentials, 5 users: $410 a month yearly
- eImmigration Complete or Docketwise Pro, 5 users: $500 a month yearly
- MyCase Pro, 5 users: $500 a month yearly
- Consultations Practice, up to five professionals: $129 a month or $768 a year
Where eImmigration is still the better buy
If you want a full immigration case system at the lowest printed per seat price, eImmigration is hard to beat, and we would not tell you to leave it. Its forms library, case templates, reverse autofill and passwordless questionnaires are built for immigration volume, and nonprofits and universities get half off the monthly rate on an annual term.
It also suits firms that want the pipeline inside the case system and already have staff who answer quickly. A practice with a full time intake coordinator who returns every inquiry within minutes may not need anything in front of it.
So this page does not argue for a switch. It argues that you should count the premium slots you will really use, know that client scheduling is one of them, and ask whether the gap costing you consultations is a smaller one you can close without a $1,000 migration.
- Firms that want the lowest printed per user price in immigration software
- Nonprofits, schools and universities eligible for 50 percent off
- High volume practices that rely on case templates and reverse autofill
- Firms that want the lead pipeline inside the case system
- Teams with an intake coordinator who answers every lead fast
eImmigration competitors, by the job you are replacing
If you want a different immigration case system, Docketwise is the closest match with a printed price, at $80 to $120 per user yearly, and it lists unlimited cases on every plan. LollyLaw and INSZoom are the other names immigration teams compare; we found no pricing page on LollyLaw on 13 October 2026, so ask for a written quote.
If you would rather run immigration matters in a general practice suite, MyCase Pro is $100 per user yearly with intake forms and a lead CRM, and Clio starts from $49 per user with Clio Grow for intake on its higher plans. Neither matches the immigration forms depth of the specialists.
If the bottleneck is that inquiries wait, especially after hours, the alternative is a different kind of product rather than another case system.
- Immigration case system with a printed price: Docketwise, $80 to $120 per user yearly
- Immigration case system, quote on request: LollyLaw, INSZoom
- General suite with lead CRM: MyCase Pro, $100 per user yearly
- Clio, from $49 per user, with Grow for intake on higher plans
- The website conversation itself, at any hour: an AI intake agent from $49 a month
Running Consultations with eImmigration, or instead of it
The common setup keeps eImmigration for cases, forms and filing and puts Consultations on the website. The prospective client talks to the intake conversation, says whether the matter is family, employment, humanitarian, naturalization or removal defense, answers your screening questions, flags any hearing date or deadline, uploads the notices the attorney wants to see and books a consultation if they fit. The completed intake exports, so your team creates the case in eImmigration as usual.
That also frees a premium slot. Booking happens inside the intake conversation on your own calendar, so you do not need the Scheduling feature or a separate Acuity or Microsoft Bookings subscription for new prospects, and Starter's single slot can go to e-filing.
Solo is $49 a month for one attorney, Practice is $129 for up to five professionals and Firm is $299 for up to twenty, flat per firm with no onboarding fee, or $288, $768 and $1,788 a year. You can run the intake conversation at the top of this page right now.
- Alongside eImmigration: web intake runs first, the record exports to your case
- Frees the premium slot you would spend on Scheduling
- Flags hearing dates and filing deadlines in the brief before the consult
- Never advises on eligibility; the attorney decides
- A printed price, no quote call and no onboarding fee
Published prices
eImmigration and its competitors, what each vendor publishes
eImmigration, Docketwise and our own plans were read from the vendor sites on 13 October 2026, MyCase on 5 October 2026. Clio blocks automated reads, so its figure is the entry price it published in August 2026. Where a vendor shows no number, the table says so rather than estimating one.
| Product | Published price | How it bills | Prospect booking? |
|---|---|---|---|
| eImmigration Starter | $55 per user a month yearly, $60 monthly | Per user; 1 premium feature | Scheduling only if chosen as the premium feature |
| eImmigration Essentials | $82 per user a month yearly, $90 monthly | Per user; 4 premium features | Scheduling as one of the four, via Bookings or Acuity |
| eImmigration Complete | $100 per user a month yearly, $110 monthly | Per user; all premium features | Scheduling included, via Bookings or Acuity |
| Docketwise Pro | $100 per user a month yearly, $120 monthly | Per user | Lead CRM and calendaring; prospect booking not listed |
| LollyLaw | No pricing page found | Quote on request | Ask the vendor |
| MyCase Pro | $100 per user a month, billed yearly | Per user | Intake forms and lead CRM; staff hold the conversation |
| Consultations Solo | $49 a month, or $288 a year | 1 professional, flat | Yes, inside the AI intake conversation |
| Consultations Practice | $129 a month, or $768 a year | Up to 5 professionals, flat | Yes, plus document collection and rules per case type |
Directories quote eImmigration either at $55 to $100 or at $60 to $110 per user, often without saying which. Both are on the vendor page: $55, $82 and $100 is the yearly rate and $60, $90 and $110 the monthly one. Vendors change prices without notice, so confirm with the vendor before you sign.
