INSZoom Pricing and INSZoom Alternatives for Immigration Firm Intake

INSZoom is the long standing enterprise name in immigration case management, now owned by Mitratech, and it is strongest where a firm files for corporate clients with HR teams on the other side. Firms look for an alternative for practical reasons: no published price to budget against, a demo before any number, a setup measured in business days, and the fact that a case system does nothing for the stranger who sends an inquiry at 9pm. This page sets out what INSZoom publishes, read on 19 October 2026, where it is the right buy, what its competitors print and when a smaller purchase in front of it fixes the problem.

In short

INSZoom does not publish a price. Read on 19 October 2026, Mitratech's INSZoom page names two editions, Professional and Enterprise, calls itself "right-priced" and sends every visitor to a demo request, with no trial and no figure. The immigration systems that do print prices are Docketwise at $80 to $120 per user a month billed yearly and eImmigration at $55 to $100. If the job you need done is answering and booking each new inquiry the moment it arrives, Consultations does that from $49 a month, flat per firm.

Immigration attorney reviewing a client's passport copy and a government notice with a paralegal at a conference table

INSZoom is immigration case management for law offices and corporate immigration teams, with a forms library covering US forms such as the I-130, I-485 and N-400, digital questionnaires, configurable workflows, deadline and expiration alerts, USCIS and DOL e-filing, an HR portal for corporate clients on Enterprise, and integrations with QuickBooks Online, LawPay and Authorize.net. Consultations does one job at the front door. It talks to the prospective client the moment they reach your website, identifies the case type, asks about status, prior filings and any hearing date, collects the documents the attorney wants first and books the consultation. It does not fill forms or hold the case, and it is priced flat per firm on a public pricing page.

Why pros pick Consultations

One AI conversation that qualifies, intakes, books, and briefs

An AI conversation, not a form

Instead of a static form or a calendar link, our AI talks with each lead in plain language, qualifies them against your criteria, and asks for exactly what you need to know.

The whole front door in one place

Qualify, intake, collect documents, book the paid appointment, and produce a prepped brief, all in a single conversation, so you stop stitching tools together.

You walk in prepared

Every booked meeting comes with a clean brief of who is coming and why, so you only take the right consultations and you are ready before the call starts.

Why immigration firms look for an INSZoom alternative

Most firms that search for INSZoom pricing are trying to budget, and the vendor gives them nothing to budget with. The INSZoom page on mitratech.com describes the product as the right-sized, right-priced solution for any practice, lists two editions and ends in a Request a demo button. There is no pricing page, no per user figure and no trial.

The second reason is fit. INSZoom grew up serving firms with large corporate immigration books, and its Enterprise edition adds an HR portal for multiple corporate contacts. A family or humanitarian practice of three attorneys often wants something lighter, priced per user in public, that a paralegal can learn in an afternoon.

The third reason decides revenue more than the subscription does. A case system starts working once there is a case. Someone still has to answer the first inquiry, decide whether it is a matter the firm takes and get it on the calendar, and immigration inquiries arrive at night and on weekends from people who may already have a hearing date.

  • No published price; quote after a demo
  • No free trial mentioned on the product page
  • Account setup quoted at 2 to 5 business days, before migration
  • Enterprise features aimed at corporate HR teams
  • A new website inquiry still waits for a person to answer it

What INSZoom includes and what its page does not say

Read on 19 October 2026, the INSZoom page lists a forms library covering US immigration forms including the I-130, I-485 and N-400, with country specific form lists on request. It describes a digital questionnaire and forms library as a differentiator, configurable workflows, reminders, and automatic expiration and deadline alerts. It lists e-filing of USCIS and DOL forms, data migration support and integrations with QuickBooks Online, LawPay and Authorize.net, plus custom integrations.

Enterprise is described as everything in Professional plus customized HR portal access for multiple corporate contacts, automated templated emails and reminders, and Advance Case Request to start a case from the corporate side. Mitratech says INSZoom serves more than 1,500 immigration practices worldwide.

What the page does not say is the price of either edition, what Professional contains on its own, whether there is a minimum number of users or a contract term, and whether a prospective client can book a consultation from your website. It also does not mention lead management or a CRM. Ask for all of that in writing before the demo ends.

  • US forms library, including the I-130, I-485 and N-400
  • Digital questionnaires, workflows, deadline and expiration alerts
  • USCIS and DOL e-filing
  • QuickBooks Online, LawPay and Authorize.net integrations
  • Not on the page: price, Professional feature list, contract term, lead CRM, prospect booking

What INSZoom costs compared with its competitors

Because Mitratech prints nothing, any INSZoom figure you find on a software directory is someone else's estimate. On 19 October 2026 one directory listed tiers from $360 per user a year up to $180 per user a month without saying when it checked, while G2 said the vendor had not provided pricing. We do not repeat the directory tiers as fact and you should not budget on them.

The competitors that do print prices give you a yardstick. Docketwise, read 13 October 2026, charges $80, $100 and $120 per user a month billed yearly and puts its lead CRM, e-filing and texting on Pro, so five people on Pro pay $500 a month. eImmigration by Cerenade, read 13 October 2026, charges $55, $82 and $100 per user billed yearly, with intake questionnaires and a lead pipeline on every plan and client scheduling as a premium feature. eImmigration also lists a standard $1,000 data import from INSZoom.

If your INSZoom quote lands near those numbers, the case system price is in line with the market. The cost this page is really about is the inquiries nobody answers in time, and that is a separate and much smaller purchase.

  • INSZoom: quote only; directory figures are unverified
  • Docketwise Pro, 5 users: $500 a month billed yearly
  • eImmigration Essentials, 5 users: $410 a month billed yearly
  • eImmigration standard import from INSZoom: $1,000
  • Consultations Practice, up to five professionals: $129 a month or $768 a year

Where INSZoom is still the better buy

If a large share of your work is employment based immigration for corporate clients, INSZoom's Enterprise edition is built for it. An HR portal where several contacts at the employer can follow cases and start new ones is exactly what a corporate client expects, and few of the lighter tools offer it.

It also suits firms that already run on it with years of case history inside. Switching a mature immigration practice means moving forms data, documents and deadlines, and the cost of that move usually outweighs any difference in subscription.

So this page does not argue for a switch. It argues for a written quote per edition and per user, a clear contract term, and a look at whether the gap costing you consultations sits before the case system rather than inside it.

  • Employment based practices with corporate HR clients
  • Firms that need an employer facing portal
  • Practices already on INSZoom with years of case data
  • Teams that want USCIS and DOL e-filing in one system
  • Firms with an intake coordinator who answers every lead fast

INSZoom competitors, by the job you are replacing

If you want a different immigration case system with a printed price, Docketwise at $80 to $120 per user billed yearly and eImmigration at $55 to $100 are the two to price against. LollyLaw is the other specialist; it offers a 7 day trial but, like INSZoom, publishes no price.

If you would rather run immigration matters inside a general practice suite, MyCase Pro is $100 per user billed yearly with intake forms and a lead CRM, and Clio printed a $49 per user entry price when we last read it in August 2026, with its Grow intake product only on higher plans. Neither matches the forms depth of the specialists.

If the bottleneck is that inquiries wait, especially after hours, the alternative is a different kind of product rather than another case system.

  • Printed price, immigration specialist: Docketwise, $80 to $120 per user yearly
  • Printed price, immigration specialist: eImmigration, $55 to $100 per user yearly
  • Quote only, immigration specialist: LollyLaw, with a 7 day trial
  • General suite with lead CRM: MyCase Pro, $100 per user yearly
  • The website conversation itself, at any hour: an AI intake agent from $49 a month

Running Consultations with INSZoom, or instead of it

The usual setup keeps INSZoom for cases, forms and filing and puts Consultations on the website. The prospective client talks to the intake conversation, says whether the matter is family, employment, humanitarian, naturalization or removal defense, answers your screening questions, flags any hearing date or filing deadline, uploads the notices the attorney wants to see and books a consultation if they fit. The completed intake exports, so your team opens the case in INSZoom and sends the full questionnaire from there.

For an employment practice the same conversation can sort an individual who wants a work visa from an employer who wants to sponsor several people, and route each to the right attorney before anyone picks up the phone.

Solo is $49 a month for one attorney, Practice is $129 for up to five professionals and Firm is $299 for up to twenty, flat per firm with no onboarding fee, or $288, $768 and $1,788 a year. You can run the intake conversation at the top of this page right now.

  • Alongside INSZoom: web intake runs first, the record exports to your case
  • Answers and books new inquiries at any hour
  • Separates individual applicants from sponsoring employers
  • Never advises on eligibility; the attorney decides
  • A printed price, no demo call and no onboarding fee

INSZoom and its competitors, what each vendor publishes

INSZoom and our own plans were read from the vendor sites on 19 October 2026, Docketwise and eImmigration on 13 October 2026, LollyLaw on 15 October and MyCase on 14 October 2026. Where a vendor shows no number, the table says so rather than estimating one.

Product Published price How it bills Prospect booking?
INSZoom Professional No price published; demo only Quote on request Not mentioned on the product page
INSZoom Enterprise No price published; demo only Quote on request HR portal for corporate contacts; prospect booking not mentioned
Docketwise Pro $100 per user a month yearly, $120 monthly Per user Lead CRM and calendaring; prospect booking not listed
eImmigration Starter $55 per user a month yearly, $60 monthly Per user; 1 premium feature Scheduling only if chosen as the premium feature
eImmigration Complete $100 per user a month yearly, $110 monthly Per user; all premium features Scheduling included, via Bookings or Acuity
LollyLaw No pricing page; 7 day free trial Quote on request Firm calendaring; public self booking not described
Consultations Solo $49 a month, or $288 a year 1 professional, flat Yes, inside the AI intake conversation
Consultations Practice $129 a month, or $768 a year Up to 5 professionals, flat Yes, plus document collection and rules per case type

Directories list INSZoom tiers from $360 per user a year to $180 per user a month. None of those figures appears on a Mitratech page, so treat them as estimates and ask the vendor for a written quote. Vendors change prices without notice, so confirm with each one before you sign.

People also ask

What buyers ask about INSZoom alternatives

How much does INSZoom cost?

Mitratech does not publish INSZoom pricing. Read on 19 October 2026, the product page names a Professional and an Enterprise edition, calls itself right-priced and offers only a demo request. Directory tiers between $360 per user a year and $180 per user a month do not appear on any Mitratech page, so ask for a written quote per edition.

What is the best alternative to INSZoom?

For another immigration case system with a printed price, Docketwise at $80 to $120 per user billed yearly, or eImmigration at $55 to $100. For immigration work inside a general suite, MyCase Pro at $100 per user. If you need every new inquiry answered and booked at once, Consultations does that from $49 a month, flat per firm.

Is INSZoom better than Docketwise?

For corporate immigration with an employer facing HR portal, INSZoom Enterprise is the stronger fit. For a small or mid size firm that wants a public per user price, unlimited cases and a lead CRM, Docketwise is easier to buy at $100 per user on Pro. Neither answers new website inquiries, so test both on a real case.

Who owns INSZoom?

INSZoom is owned by Mitratech, a legal and compliance software company, and is sold from mitratech.com. Mitratech says INSZoom serves more than 1,500 immigration practices worldwide, from solo practitioners to corporate global mobility teams. Pricing and contracts come from Mitratech sales after a demo.

Does INSZoom have a free trial?

No free trial is mentioned on the INSZoom product page, read on 19 October 2026. Both calls to action lead to a demo request, and the page says account setup generally takes 2 to 5 business days plus time for data migration and configuration. Plan a test case before you commit to a contract term.

How hard is it to move from INSZoom to another system?

It is a project, not a weekend. eImmigration lists a standard $1,000 import from INSZoom, and Docketwise includes free migration on its Advanced annual plan. Export your forms data, documents and deadlines before your term ends, and check the deadline list by hand after the move, because a missed date costs more than any subscription.

Good questions

INSZoom vs Consultations, answered

Yes. Consultations runs the intake conversation on your website, identifies the case type, screens the inquiry against your criteria, flags hearing dates and deadlines, collects documents and books the consultation. The completed intake exports, so your team opens the case in INSZoom and sends its questionnaire from there.
No, it is per firm. Solo is $49 a month for one professional, Practice is $129 for up to five and Firm is $299 for up to twenty. Pay monthly with no annual term, or once a year at about half the monthly price: $288, $768 or $1,788. There is no onboarding fee.
No. It handles intake, screening against your firm's criteria, document collection and scheduling only. It never tells anyone whether they are eligible for a visa, a green card or relief from removal. The attorney gets a structured brief and makes every legal judgment in the consultation.
No. It does not prepare or file forms, run an HR portal or keep an open case. It captures the facts, parties and documents a new matter needs during intake and hands the record to the case system where your firm does that work.
